Coach's Banana Pudding
Yield: 8-10 servings
Ingredients
| 6 | cups | milk | |

| 6 | egg yolks | ||
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | teaspoons | vanilla | |
|
|
|||
| 8 | bananas, sliced and divided | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | container | vanill wafers | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine milk, egg yolks and sugar in saucepan and stir over medium heat until mixture reaches a slow boil. Add vanilla and one fourth of the bananas and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat.
In a casserole dish or trifle bowl, layer one half of the vanilla wafers, half the pudding and half the bananas. Repeat layers and chill well before serving.
