Fruit Nut Balls
Yield: Makes about 18 balls.
Ingredients
| 1 | cup | golden seedless raisins | |

| 1 | cup | dried apricots | |
|
|
|||
| Water | |||
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | whole natural almonds | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | shredded coconut, toasted | |
|
|
|||
| 1 to 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
|
|
|||
| Powdered sugar | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine raisins and apricots in saucepan with water to partially cover. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Drain. Put fruits and almonds through food chopper, using medium blade. Add coconut and honey and mix throroughly. Shape into balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
