Dilled Salmon
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

| 1/2 | tablespoon | fresh lime juice | |

| 4 | (6 ounce) salmon fillets or halibut or tuna fillets | ||
|
|

| 3 | cloves | garlic, minced | |
|
|
|||
| white pepper | |||
|
|
|||
| salt | |||

|
|||
| Sauce: | |||
| 1/3 | cup | heavy cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | flour | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | fresh dill | |
|
|
|||
| Garnish: | |||
| fresh dill sprigs | |||
|
|
|||
| lime wedges | |||
|

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Stir together melted butter and lime juice. Place the salmon in a baking dish and brush the butter mix over the top. Sprinkle garlic, white pepper and salt over the salmon. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and salmon flakes.
Sauce:
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk cream and flour until smooth; stir in 1/2 teaspoon chopped dill.
Serve salmon with warm dill sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and lime wedges if desired.
