Wrap rotisserie chicken and fresh fillings in a flour tortilla for a quick mexi-wrap recipe.
Yield: 4 servings
1 | rotisserie chicken from the deli, shredded | ||

4 | (10 inch) flour tortillas | ||
|
|||
2 | fresh tomatoes, chopped | ||
|
|||
2 | cups | shredded lettuce | |
|
|||
1 | cup | fresh cilantro, chopped | |
|
|||
1 | cup | shredded Montery Jack cheese | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | Ranch dressing | |
|
Divide chicken over flour tortillas.
Add tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese and drizzle with Ranch dressing.
Fold ends and sides towards the center and roll up. Slice in half and serve.
