This is a quick and easy recipe with little cook time. Combine rotisserie chicken, fresh salsa, rice and top with avocado.
Yield: 4 servings
|1||rotisserie chicken from the deli, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices|
|1||container||(16 ounce) fresh salsa|
In a pan, heat salsa and chicken until warm.
Boil rice and drain.
Serve hot rice topped with chicken salsa mixture.
Top with chopped avocados.
