					This is a quick and easy recipe with little cook time. Combine rotisserie chicken, fresh salsa, rice and top with avocado.
Yield: 4 servings
| 1 | rotisserie chicken from the deli, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices | ||
|  | |||
| 1 | container | (16 ounce) fresh salsa | |
|  | |||
| 1 | bag | instant rice | |
|  | |||
| 1 | avocado, chopped | ||
|  | |||
In a pan, heat salsa and chicken until warm. 
Boil rice and drain.  
Serve hot rice topped with chicken salsa mixture.  
Top with chopped avocados.
