| 1 | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce | |

| 1/2 | teaspoon | dried thyme, crumbled | |

| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|

Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place slices in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix butter, Tabasco, thyme and salt. Drizzle over potatoes; toss to coat. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until tender and light brown, stirring occasionally.
