Double Blueberry Pie
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients
| 1 | (9 inch) frozen pie shell | ||

| 1 | jar | (10 oz.) blueberry jam | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | cups | fresh blueberries | |
|
|
|||
| whipped cream | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Prebake the pie shell following directions; allow to cool.
Combine the blueberry jam and cinnamon. Microwave on high until mixture liquefies, about 1 minute. Stir in fresh blueberries. Spoon mixture into pie shell; refrigerate to chill. Serve with whipped cream.
