Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
| red peppers, cut into thin strips | |||

| 2 | zucchini, sliced into thin strips | ||

| 2 | cloves | garlic, minced | |

| 1 | teaspoon | basil | |
|

|||
Directions:
Saute your favorite vegetables like red peppers and zucchini with basil and garlic as a delicious side dish. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat, add vegetables and saute until al dente.
